This hands-on experience means Brendan knows how to help job seekers feel confident and prepared at every stage of the application and interview process.
Throughout his career, Brendan has helped people secure roles locally and globally, across North America, the UK & EMEA, and APAC regions. Whether it’s navigating AI-powered application tracking systems, creating CVs and cover letters that match job or specific vacancy requirements, or preparing for all types of interview scenarios and questions, Brendan ensures that clients are ready for whatever comes their way. Chris Duncan is a qualified business coach and mentor with a Bachelor of Science (BSc), a Master of Science (MSc), and is currently pursuing a Master of Psychology (MSc). With a background in professional services, media, and technology, Chris has extensive experience working with multinationals and larger organizations. This has given him valuable insight into the complexities of corporate hiring and the challenges posed by lengthy, demanding application processes often associated with these industries.
Having faced redundancy and the pressures of navigating difficult job markets himself, Chris brings a unique empathy to his coaching.
